To the Defendants In Said Cause And All Other Persons:
              You and each of you are hereby notified that I, Solomon P. Stewart the plaintiff in the above entitled cause have this day filed in said court, against the defendants in said cause, a suit complaint to enforce on the following described real estate situate in Shelby County, Indiana:
              Beginning at a point on the south line of the east half of the southwest quarter of Section eleven (11), in township thirteen (13), north of range six (6) east, 26 2/3 rods east of the southwest corner thereof and running thence north 60 rods to the south line of the tract of land owned by John J. Norvell; thence east along the south line of the said Norvell land 53 1/3 rods to the east line of said half quarter section; thence south 60 rods to the southeast corner of said half quarter section and thence west 53 1/3 rods to the place of beginning, containing twenty (20) acres more or less, a lien for the purchase money of the same in the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars, ($1500.00), with interest thereon at six percent from the 31st day of May 1912, and also to recover a judgement against said Tillison for said sum of money due to me as a part of the purchase price of said real estate.
