                Joseph Tucker files the following claim against Albert F. Wray as Guardian of  Thomas Updegraff, minor heir of  Marie J. Updegraff, deceased, and asks the Court for an allowance of the same and order directing the payment thereof by said Guardian out of the monies that may come into his hands as such Guardian upon the final settlement of the estate of said decedent, by the administrator thereof, Albert F. Wray, Guardian of Thomas Updegraff

                To boarding, lodging, clothing and Schooling furnished said ward Thomas Updegraff, 
from the 15th day of July 1880, to April first 1884.
                Three years and eight months @ $66.66 2/3 per year $244.44
He further shows that he has had the custody and care of said Thomas Updegraff since the death of his Mother Marie J. Updegraff, July 15th 1880, to the present time, that said ward is now about eight years of age, and is the only heir at law of said decedent and will be entitled to receive by his said Guardian in the final settlement of said estate about the sum of $300.00
