          Be It Known, that on the 3rd day of April A.D., 1854, personally appeared in the Shelby Circuit Court, before the Clerk thereof,  John Fisher  an alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and being duly sworn on oath declares that he is a native of Germany aged about 26 years, and owes allegiance to the Government of Wortemberg that he emigrated thence, embarked at Harve De Grace and arrived at New York in the United States, on the 15th day of October A.D., 1850 and that it is bona fide his intention to reside in and become A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever All Allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever; and particularly to the Government of Wortemberg in Germany.

          Be It Known, That on the 16th day of August A.D., 1852, personally appeared in the Shelby Circuit Court before the Clerk thereof,  Henry Fisher  an alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and being duly sworn on oath declares that he is a native of Prussia aged about forty years, and owes allegiance to the King of Prussia that he emigrated thence, embarked at Bremen and arrived at Baltimore in the United States, on the 30th day of July A.D., 1844, and that is bona fide his intention to reside in and become A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever All Allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State of Sovereignty whatever; and particularly to Frederic William King of Prussia.
          Sworn and subscribed the 16th day of August 1852.
