            This indenture Witnesseth that  Isaac Fleming  an unmarried man  Cassa Fleming  an unmarried woman  James M. Randall  and  Sarah A. Randall  his wife and  Jane Fleming  widow of  Isaac Fleming deceased of Shelby County, in the State of Indiana convey and Warrant to  Franklin Richey  of Shelby County, in the State of Indiana for the sum of thirty two hundred (3200.00) Dollars, the following Real Estate, in Shelby county, in the State of Indiana towit:  (All their right title intrest and claim in and to the East half of the North West quarter of Section Twenty Six (26) in Township Twelve (12) North of Range six (6) East:  The intrest of said Isaac Fleming and Cassa Fleming being each and undivided one ninth part of said real estate descended to them from their father Isaac Fleming deceased and the intrest of said James M. Randall being the undivided one ninth intrest descended to  Harvey Fleming child and heir of Isaac Fleming deceased and by said Harvey heretofore deeded to said James M. Randall and the intrest of said James Fleming being all her intrest in said land conveyed by them respectfully, said Randall receives two hundred (200) dollars for his said intrest in the above described lands
            In Witness Whereof, the said Isaac Fleming, Cassa Fleming, James M. Randall and Sarah A. Randall his wife and Jane Fleming have hereunto set their hands and seals this 18th day of March 1876
