          This indenture made the ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six between William Cox Administrator of the estate of John Blakeman  Late of Shelby County Indiana Deceased of the first part and Frederick Imhoff of the county and state aforesaid of the second part.  Whereas at the August Term of the Probate court of the county of Shelby aforesaid on the petition of said Administrator representing that the personal estate of the said decedent was insufficient to pay the debts outstanding against the estate of said decedent and praying that the estate of said decedent hereinafter described might be sold to supply such deficiency  An Inventory and appraisement of the said real estate having been duly made and filed in the clerks office and the said administrator having given bond according to Law.  It was ordered by the said court that the said Administrator after having given at Least twenty days previous Notice of the time and place of sale as requried by Law for advertising the sale of Real estate upon execution should proceed at once upon the premises to sell to the highest bidder on a credit of twelve months the said real estate the tract and parcel of Land hereinafter mentioned.  And whereas the said Administrator after having given due and timely ...
