            Abel House would respectfully show to the court that he is the administrator of the Estate of Fountain Means [deceased is xxxxed out] late of Shelby County Indiana deceased. And as such administrator would respectfully make the folowing as a final report [of his proceedings is xxxed out] and settlement of his trust.

And he asks this count be accepted and confirmed by the court and that he be discharged from his said trust
