The following paper was found in filebox 90.

            Know all men by these presents that I  Rebecca Pierson of Butler County and State of Ohio do hereby Constitute and Appoint  Robison Garner of the Same County, and State of Ohio My Atorney for me and in my Name and for My use to Collect by Suit or otherwise and upon payment to him to Receipt for (by Release under Seal or otherwise) all Debts or demands whatsoever Due or owing to me and especially my Porton of my Late father  Adam Pierson Estate and in the hands of my late Guardian  Elijah Hand,  whatsoever my Said Attorney Shall lawfully do in the premises I do hereby Confirm the Same as if I was Personally presant and Did the Same In witness whereof I have here- unto Set my hand and Seal this first Day of June in the year 1859
