            Mary M. Cochran  being duly sworn upon her oath says that Henry C. Coffman departed this life intestate near Flat Rock in Shelby County, Indiana, on the 3rd day of January 1918, that said decedent was at, or immediately previous to, his death a resident of Shelby County, Indiana, and that he left a personal estate of the probable value of Two thousand $2,000.00 dollars, and real estate of the estimated value of $4,000.00 dollars, and that said decedent left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at law and legatees as far as known to the affiant as follows

Charlotte Williams       60 Daughter Shelbyville, Ind.
Charles Coffman about 54    Son West Middletown, Ohio
Mary M. Cochran 48 Daughter Flat Rock R.R. 1

            Said Mary M. Cochran states that said decedent left no widow and that there is no male child of decedent living in Shelby County, Indiana
            Therefore, your affiant asks that letters of administration of the estate of said decedent be granted to her said Mary M. Cochran of Flat Rock, Ind. R.R. 1 in Shelby County, Indiana.
