          I,  John  J.  Beatty,  Clerk of the Circuit Court of Johnson County, Indiana, certify that  Robert  G.  Porter,  of said County, has been appointed Guardian of the person and property of  Geo.  A.  Porter  and  Robert  M.  Porter,  minor heirs of  Geo.  Mullendore,  late of said County, deceased, and has qualified as such.
