              We Mary Jane Craig and  Casper Craig  her Husband, William T. Headlee,  Elizabeth A. Thompson and  Winfield Thompson  her Husband,  Cyrus A. Headlee,  Luther T. Headlee,  Susan E. Gardner and  Theodore Gardner  her Husband and  Alva Enos, Adult defendants in the above entitled cause, for answer to the complaint admit the allegations and averments as therein stated, and for each and all consent that an order shall be granted to Julia Frances Headlee the Executrix of the last will and Testament of Joshua Headlee deceased to sell at private sale, and upon such order and Terms as the Court may direct of the following described real Estate situate in Rush County, Indiana.  To wit, The West half of the South West quarter of Section Twenty two (22) in Township Thirteen (13) North of Range Eight (8) East, containing Eighty acres more or less, and out of the proceeds of said sale pay the costs and charges of these proceedings, as also pay to Julia Frances Headlee the Seven of Eight Hundred dollars for money Expended by her in paying the debts against the Estate of Joshua Headlee deceased, and the residue to divide equally between the heirs and children of said Joshua Headlee deceased.  And we do now Enter our appearance in said action
