Buchanan, Clerk of Circuit Court of said County, certify that  James  R.  Hicks  of said County, has been appointed Guardian of the person and property of  Ruth  Hicks  and  George  H.  Hicks,  minor heirs of Lila Hicks and George H. Hicks late of said County, deceased, and has qualified as such.

IN  TESTIMONY  WHEREOF,  I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said Court, the 9th day of May, 1918.
