Probate

Samuel  Boyd,  deceased

State of Indiana
Shelby County
Be it remembered that on the 28 day of April 1829 personally appeared before me, Elijah KIRKPATRICK a Justice of the Peace, in and for said county, Philip ROBINS and Samuel KELLY Administrators of the Estate of Samuel BOYD deceased. And took an oath that the foregoing is a correct inventory of the personal goods of said Estate. So far as the same have come to their hands, possession, or knowledge. And also came Jeremiah _______ and Zebulon WALLACE to above appraisers of the said Estate who being duly sworn doth say that the forgoing is a true copy of the appraisement of the Estate of Samuel BOYD deceased as made by them. And further the deponents saith not.

Given under my hand and seal the day above
