          Whereas the proper affidavit has been filed before me the undersigned = Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of said County, setting forth that = the real and personal Estate of  Samuel H. Weaver, deceased, is not worth = over three hundred dollars, and the widow of said decedent asks that the = same may be appraised. I therefore, in pursuance of law, hereby apppoint  John McCrea one of the = appraisers of said decedents property. Witness my signature and the seal of said Court this 30th day of October = 1855.

          I, Foy F. Hobbs, swear that the real and personal Estate of Samuel H. = Weaver, exclusive of incumbrances thereon, is not worth over = three-hundred dollars, as I believe and that Mary Weaver, the widow of = decedent, asks that the same may be appraised.
