State Of Indiana, Shelby County, ss:
            Eliza J. Werritt  being duly sworn before the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County aforesaid, states that  Hiram W. Werritt  departed this life in said County, intestate, as she believes, on the 29" day of May 1907; that said Hiram W. Werritt left a Personal Estate to be administered, of the probable value, as informed and believes, of One Thousand dollars; that she is the widow of said decedent and further says not.
