The State of Indiana, Shelby County, SS:
            We, Richard Buckler and James M. Smith & Robert Williams owe The State of Indiana, Five Hundred Dollars, to be levied upon our property.
            The Condition of the above is, that the said Richard Buckler shall personally appear before the Judge of the Shelby Circuit Court, on the first day of the next Term thereof, to answer charge of Contempt and abide the order of the Court, and not depart thence without leave, then this Recognizance shall be void, else to remain in full force.
