I,  Edward Metzger,  a resident of the City of Shelbyville, Shelby County in the State of Indiana, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all other wills by me heretofore made.

Item 1.  It is my will and I do hereby direct that as soon as possible after my decease all of my Just debts and funeral expenses to be paid out of my estate by my Executrix hereinafter named.

Item 2.  After the payment of all of my Just debts and funeral expenses as provided for in item one above, I give, devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate that shall remain, both real and personal to my beloved wife,  Catherine Metzger,  to have and to hold as her individual property forever in fee simple.

Item 3.  I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Catherine Metzger as the Executrix of this my last will and testament.

                    In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of March 1915.

Signed sealed and acknowledged by the above named, Edward Metzger, as his last will and testament, in our presence, and signed by us as attesting witnesses thereto, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other this March 24" 1915.

                    Be it remembered, That on the 29th day of April 1915 John B. Brill one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of Edward Metzger late of said County, deceased, personally appeared before Cecil B. Collins, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, in the State of Indiana, and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court, upon his oath, declared and testify as follows, that is to say: That on the 24th day of March 1915 he saw the said Edward Metzger sign his name to the said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament; and that this deponent, at the same time, heard

the said Edward Metzger declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was, at the same time, at the request of the said Edward Metzger and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said John G. Brill and one Everet E. Stroup in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Edward Metzger was, at the same time of the signing, as aforesaid, of full age (that is, more than twenty-one years of age), and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes, and further deponent says not.

                    I, Cecil B. Collins, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Edward Metzger has been duly admitted to probate, and duly proved by the testimony of John G. Brill one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Wills, and of the testimony of the said John G. Brill in proof, thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6 at Pages 585-586 of the record of Wills of said County.

In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed the seal of said Court, at Shelbyville, this 29th day of April 1915.
