          Know all men that I  Orrin C. Jewett  of Decatur County, Indiana do make and publish this my last will and testament.
          Item 1.  I will that my debts and funeral expenses be first paid.
          Item 2.  I will and bequeath to my beloved wife all of my estate real and personal for and during the time of her natural life for her comfortable support and at her death my real estate shall be partitioned and personal estate settled and all of my children shall take equally what is left, taking into account all advancements made by me or by my wife.
                    Witness my hand this 29th day of December 1903             Orrin C. Jewett

          Be it remembered that on the 24 day of August 1904, James K. Ewing one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and testament of Orrin C. Jewett late of said County deceased personally appeared before the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Decatur County in the State of Indiana and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court upon his oath declared and testified as follows, that is to say: That on the 29th day of December he saw the said Orrin C. Jewett sign his name to the said instrument in writing as and for is last Will and Testament, and that this deponent at the same time heard the said Orrin C. Jewett declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was, at the same time at the request of the said Orrin C. Jewett and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said James K. Ewing and Geo. L. Tremain in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Orrin C. Jewett was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid, of full age, that is, more than twenty-one years of age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent says not.

          Myron C. Jenkins, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Decatur County, Indiana do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Orrin C. Jewett has been duly admitted to probate, and duly proved by the testimony of James K. Ewing one of the subscribing witnesses thereto that a complete record of said Will and of the testimony of the said James K. Ewing in proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 5 at pages 436-437 of the record of Wills of said County.
          In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court at Greensburg, Ind. this 24 day of August 1904.
