            I, John M. Haehl of the City of Shelbyville, in Shelby County, Indiana, do make, declare and publish the following as my last Will and Testament.  
            Item 1.
            I will and devise that all of my Just debts, funeral expenses and the expenses of Administration of my estate be first paid by my executrix hereinafter named out of my personal Estate if sufficient.
            Item 2.
            I will and devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate both real and personal to my beloved wife Sarah H. Haehl the real Estate to be owned and held by her in fee simple and the personal property to be owned and held by her absolutely.
            Item 3.
            I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Sarah H. Haehl as Executrix of this my last Will.

            In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 31 day of May 1911.

Signed, sealed and acknowledged by the said John M. Haehl, as his last Will and Testament in our presence, and signed by us as attesting witnesses thereto in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other this 31 day of May 1911.

            Be It Remembered, that on the 29 day of March A.D. 1912, the 17th judicial day of the March Term of the Shelby Circuit Court in said year, come into open Court Frank C. Sheldon, and produces in Court an instrument in

writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of John M. Haehl, deceased, and now moves the admittance thereof to probate and record, and in proof of said Will introduces Frank C. Sheldon, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, who being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court, on oath, declared and testify as follows, that is to say, That on the 31 day of May 1911 he saw the said John M. Haehl sign his name to said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament and that this deponent, at the same time, heard the said John M. Haehl declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was at the same time, at the request of the said John M. Haehl, and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said Thomas M. Fleming and Frank C. Sheldon, and in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said John M. Haehl was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid, of full age, (that is more than twenty-one years of age), and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent says not,

            Sworn to and subscribed by the said Frank C. Sheldon, before me Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of said Court at Shelbyville, Ind., the 29th day of March 1912.

            Whereupon it is, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of John M. Haehl, deceased, is the last Will and Testament of John M. Haehl deceased and is hereby admitted to probate and record

            I, Otto L. Coyle, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of John M. Haehl, has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of Frank C. Sheldon, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will, and of the testimony of the said Frank C. Sheldon, in proof thereof has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6, at pages of ~ ~ ~ ~   the record of Wills of said County.

            In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed the Seal of said Court at Shelbyville, Indiana, this 29 day of March 1912.
