make this my last Will and testament hereby Revokeing all others by me heretofore made first I Direct that my body be decently buried And I further direct and Appoint Joseph Bush My Administrator and I wish him to Collect my money and pay my debts and The remainder of my money and Clothes I will to my Brother Abijah Casto with The Exception of what I have left at George A Stumps and that I will to Emaline Ewing

          Signed and Sealed in presence of Of us this 15th day of May 1841

          Be it remembered that on the Seventh day of August, Eighteen hundred and forty one Personally appeared before Me Sylvan B Morris Clerk of the probate Court of Shelby County William W Wilson and Lucinda Bush the Subscribing witnesses to the above will and being by me duly Sworn on oath say that they saw and heard Jonathan Casto Sign, Seal, publish and declare the above instrument as and for his last will and Testament that he was of Sound mind and memory at the time of its Execution that they Signed their names thereto as witnesses in his presence and at his request and in the presence of Each other.
