                I, Nancy E. Murphy, of Shelby County, Indiana, hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.

Item 1     I direct that all my just debts, my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last sickness be first paid out of my estate.

Item 2     I give and bequeath to my son  Louis M. Murphy  the sum of ten dollars

Item 3     I give and bequeath to each of my grandchildren, Vanison Gorrell  and  Velma Gorrell  the sum of five dollars.

Item 4     I give and bequeath to my husband  Charles Franklin Murphy  all the residue of my personal property to be his absolutely.

Item 5     I give and devise to my said husband  Charles Franklin Murphy  all the real estate of which I may die seized, to be held by him for and during the term of his natural life, and the remainder thereof in fee I give and devise to my following named children in equal shares, towit:  Lois Isley,  Flava Miller,  Walter Murphy,  Daisy Schmoe  and  Harry Murphy

Item 6     I hereby constitute and appoint  George W. Burry  as executor of this will.

                In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th day of February, 1911.

                The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed and acknowledged by the said Nancy E. Murphy as her last will and testament in our presence who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names hereto as witnesses, this 13th day of February, 1911.
