Last  Will  and  Testament  of
Nancy  A.  Mullen



I, Nancy A. Mullen at this time a resident of Shelby County Indiana and being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

Item 1.  It is my will and I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor out of the first money that may come into his hands.

Item 2.  I will, devise and bequeath to my children, Mary Bille Williams,  William Newton Mullen,  Robert Lee Mullen,  Nannie Jane Brashem,  Lizzie Lue Whitehead the sum of One dollar each.

Item 3.  I will devise and bequeath to my son Ora Cleveland Mullen, all the residue of my property of whatsoever kind and whatsoever situated of which may die seized to have and to hold the same as his sole and absolute property.

Item 4.  I hereby constitute and appoint my said son Ora Cleveland Mullen Executor of this Will.
