I,  Noah Milleson,  of Shelby County, Indiana, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

Item 1.  It is my will that my just debts, including expenses of my last sickness and burial and costs of administration of my estate be paid out of my estate.

Item 2.  I will, devise and bequeath to my beloved children, viz:  Eva Milleson,  Millard F. Milleson,  Hollace E. Milleson and  John H. Milleson,  each the one fifth (1/5) of all of my property, both real and personal of every kind and description.

Item 3.  I will, devise, and bequeath to the children of my deceased son,  Charley Milleson,  viz:  Walter Milleson,  George Milleson,  Eugenia Milleson, and  Charles Milleson  the one fifth (1/5) of all of my property, both real and personal, of every kind and description, share and share alike; and I appoint my son Millard F. Milleson, as trustee of and for said children named in this item to take charge of said property and control the same for said children and to delivery up to said children, each, his or her share of said property at the time when each of said children shall arrive at the age of Twenty-one years.

Item 4.  I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Millard F. Milleson, as executor of this my last will and testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of December, 1910.

Signed and acknowledged by said NoahMilleson as his last Will and testament in our presence and signed by us as attesting witnesses at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, this 19th day of December, 1910.

                    Be it remembered, That on the 28th day of April 1915, Elmer Bassett one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of Noah Milleson late of said County, deceased, personally appeared before Cecil B. Collins, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, in the State of Indiana, and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court upon his oath, declared and testified as follows:  that is to say: That on the 19th day of December 1910 he saw the said Noah Milleson sign his name to the said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament; and this deponent, at the same time, heard the said Noah Milleson declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was, at the same time, at the request of the said Noah Milleson and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said Elmer Bassett in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Noah Milleson was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing, as aforesaid, of full age (that is, more than twenty-one years of age); and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and

and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes, and further says not.

                    I, Cecil B. Colins, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Noah Milleson has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of Elmer Bassett one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will, and of the testimony of the said Elmer Bassett in proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 6 at Pages 582, 583, 584 of the record of Wills of said County.
                    In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court, at Shelbyville, this 28th day of April 1915.
