Last  Will  and  Testament
of
Peter  G. Kamp


                    I, Peter G. Kamp of the City of Shelbyville, Indiana, do hereby make, declare and publish the following as my last will.

                    Item 1:  I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses and the expenses of administration of my estate be first paid by my Executrix herein after named.

                    Item 2:  I will and bequeath to  Adelaich Kaelin  pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Shelbyville Indiana, the sum of one Hundred Dollars to be paid to him by my Executrix for masses for the repose of my soul.

                    Item 3:  I will and bequeath to my son  Girard Kamp  my Diamond shirt stud, my two gold watches and my gold cuff buttons with Diamond settings.

                    Item 4:  I will and devise to my son Girard Kamp Lot number Two Hundred Eighty Eight (288) in the Industrial Addition to the City of Shelbyville, in Shelby County, Indiana said real estate to be held by him in fee simple.

                    Item 5:  I will, devise and bequeath all of the balance of my estate both real and personal to my wife  Sadie Kamp,  the real Estate wherever situated to be owned and held by her in fee simple, and the personal property to be held and owned by her absolutely.

                    Item 6:  I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Sadie Kamp as Executrix of this my last will.

                    Item 7:  I hereby revoke all former wills by me heretofore made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 31st day of August 1915.

Signed, sealed and acknowledged by said Peter G. Kamp as his last will in our presence, and signed by us as attesting witnesses thereto at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other this 31st day of August 1915.

                                        Be it remembered, that on the 2nd day of December, A.D., 1915 the 52nd judicial day of the October Term of the Shelby Circuit Court in said year, come into open Court Sadie Kamp and produces in Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Peter G. Kamp, deceased, and now moves the admittance thereof to probate and record, and in proof of said Will introduces John D. DePrez one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, who being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court, on oath, declare and testify as follows, that is to say; That on the 31st day of August 1915 he saw the said Peter G. Kamp sign his name to said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament; and that this deponent, at the same time, heard the said Peter G. Kamp declare the said instrument in writing to be his last Will and Testament and that the said instrument in writing was at the same time, at the request of the said Peter G. Kamp and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said John D. DePrez and J. E. Griffith in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Peter G. Kamp was, at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing, as aforesaid, of full age (that is, more than twenty-one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes, and further deponent says not.

Whereupon it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said instrument in writing purporting to be the last Will of Peter G. Kamp deceased, is the last Will and Testament of Peter G. Kamp deceased, and is hereby admitted to probate and record in the court.

                    I, Cecil B. Collins Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Peter G. Kamp has been duly admitted to probate, and duly proved by the testimony of John D. DePrez one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will, and of the testimony of the said John D. DePrez an proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 7, at Pages 80 & 81 of the record of Wills of said County.
In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed the seal of said Court, at Shelbyville, Indiana, this 2nd day of December 1915.
