          I  William Tull,  being of sound mind and resident of Sugar Creek Township Shelby County Indiana, do make and publish this my last will and Testament revoking all other will made by me.
Item 1.  I direct that all of my just debts be first paid out of my persoanl property.

Item 2.  I give and devise & bequeath in fee simple all of my real estate that I am now the owner and in possession of to my beloved wife  Catherine Tull  to be held by her in fee simple as I now hold the same said Land being in Sec 8 Township 13 Range 6 East containing 50 acres more or less.

Item (3).  All personal not sold to satisfy my Indebtedness if there be any I direct that the title thereto be vested in my beloved wife Catherine Tull.

          In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 5 day of Aug 1891

                    Be It Remembered, That on the 22nd day of September 1915 John A. Tindall one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last Will and Testament of William Tull late of said County, deceased, personally appeared before Cecil B. Collins Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, in the State of Indiana and being duly sworn by the Clerk of said Court upon his oath, declared and testified as follows, that is to say: That on the 5th day of August 1891 he saw the said William Tull sign his name to said instrument in writing as and for his last Will and Testament, and that this deponent, at the same time, heard the said William Tull declare the said instrument in writing to be his Last Will and Testament, and that the said instrument in writing was at the same time, at the request of the said William Tull and with his consent attested and subscribed by the said John A. Tindall in the presence of said testator, and in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said William Tull was at the time of the signing and subscribing of said instrument in writing as aforesaid, of full age (that is, more than twenty-one years of age) and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint, as the said deponent verily believes, and further deponent says not.

          I, Cecil B. Collins Clerk of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of William Tull has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of John A. Tindall one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a record of said Will, and of the testimony of the said John A. Tindall in proof thereof has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 7 at pages 59 & 60 of the record of Wills of said County
          In Attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed the seal of said Court, at Shelbyville, this 22nd day of September, 1915.
