This information is from the Indiana Draft Enrollment lists of 1862 from the Indiana State Archives. 
There were two lists completed in the summer of 1862 - one listing the men who had already enlisted in the volunteer forces, and the second was all other men between 18 - 45 years of age.
The draft took place in each country Oct 6, 1862.
