The annexed Addition to the City of Shelbyville is laid out by me and is a part of the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Five (5) In Township Twelve (12) North of Range Seven (7) East Shelby County Indiana. The size of the lots and width of the streets and alleys is indicated in the annexed plat. Witness my hand and seal this 8th day of February A.D. 1873.
