Shelbyville, Ind., Jan. 8
---- McKinley Acra, son of William Acra, prominent
and wealthy farmer of Shelby county, was arrested today on charges of
issuing two worthless checks. He was released on bond provided by his
father. Acra was recently found guilty in Shelbyville Circuit court of
violating the prohibition law and was fined $100 and costs and given a
suspended sentence.
