FELL  DOWN  CELLAR  STEPS.
(From Monday's Daily.)
----------
Mrs. Ella Garlinghouse,  78, suffered the dislocation of her right shoulder yesterday morning when she fell down the entire flight of cellar steps at the home of  Mr. and Mrs. William Arbuckle,  near Rays Crossing.  Mrs. Garlinghouse came to the Arbuckle home last Wednesday from Lawrenceburg and intended making her home in this county.  She had started from the kitchen of the house to the living room and did not notice that the cellar door was open.  On account of her advanced age it is feared the injuries may prove serious.
