ASKS FOR DIVORCE

Mrs. Minnie Baxter,
51 east Washington street, has filed a complaint for a divorce from William
Baxter. She asks for an allowance of $10 a week and the custody of their
child, Harold Baxter. The couple was married April 17, 1913 and separated
March 22, 1924. They were also separated in 1923 at which time Mrs. Baxter filed
a complaint for a divorce and later dismissed the action. She charges that the
defendant used intoxicating liquor that he remained away from home for weeks at
a time and refused to provide a home for her and the child. She has been
compelled to live with her mother and is working to support herself and the
child.Friday February 27, 1925
