DIVORCE SUIT FILED

Mrs. Phoebe J. Bill,
No. 124 Third street, has filed a
complaint for a divorce against Charles M. Bill, in the Shelby Circuit
Court. Will A. Yarling is her attorney. The couple was married in November 1897,
and separated in September, 1906. Mrs. Bills charges that her husband abandoned
her. She asks for the restoration of her former name of Phoebe J. Fox.
