SHELBYVILLE, Ind.,  Sept. 18. --While there may be a number of the ministers in the Indiana Methodist Conference who are working for the big places, and several may be worrying just where they are going to be sent by the conference, there  is one person who is sure of his job, and that is the  Rev. C. S. Black  of this city, recently pastor of the Liberty Avenue Church at Terre Haute.  Mr. Black was a few days ago engaged as the associate pastor of the First M. E. Church of this city, and this week he moved to this place, taking charge of his work in Shelbyville.
