         ELWOOD -- Attorneys are preparing for an appeal in the case of  Ernest Bogue,  17 years old, convicted of arson.  Mrs. Elvira Reeder, 76, the boy's grandmother, whose barn was burned, financed the trial defense at a cost of $700, and will pay the expenses of the appeal.
