HOLDUP  AT  SHELBYVILLE

Shelbyville, Ind., Oct 7----A masked bandit held up  Henry Booher, 65, former Shelby county treasurer obtaining Booher's gold watch, $23, a $98 bank deposit certificate and his new automobile.  The man stepped from the county jail yard and on to the running board of the automobile and forced Booher to drive two miles into the country.  Booher was forced to walk back to the city but his car was recovered later.

          Dr. F. E. Ray,  who has been touring in Utah for some time, has returned.  He met some Shelbyville people while away, among them  Joseph Chez,  in Ogden, and  Dr. Daniel Booher.  The latter's health is much improved, according to Dr. Ray's statement.
