Cynthia Burkher has filed suit for divorce from Lewis Burkher, alleging cruel treatment, and asking alimony in the sum of $2,000 and an attorney fee of $150. The parties reside in Van Buren township, where the defendant is the owner of ninety-seven acres of land, worth, Cynthia says, $4,500.June 16, 1898
