ASKS  AN  ALLOWANCE

          Mrs. Marie Case, defendant in a complaint for a divorce filed by Clifford Case, has filed a petition in the Shelby Circuit Court asking that she be allowed $60 by the court for expenses incurred in preparing her defense. She also asks that the court order her husband to pay her an allowance of $10 a week pending the final hearing of the case. Ralph Adams is representing Mrs. Case.
