CIRCUIT  COURT  NEWS.

          The will of thelate  John Corwin  was admitted to probate today.  It bequeaths all of the property, after the debts have been paid to his brother,  Manly Corwin.  The brother is named as executor.  The will was written December 20, 1904.

          Pat McAuliffe  has opened up the stone quarries in his charge at St. Paul.  Stripping off the stone has been in progress for a few days and this morning the quarrying of stone began.

          The grand jury yesterday reported that they had inquired into the matter of the shooting of  Gid Parmer  and his son,  Will Parmer,  by  Mrs. Mollie Corwin,  last June, and that from all the evidence they were satisfied that she acted in self-defense, and that they refused to find an indictment against her and recommended her discharge.

          Peter Corwin,  a carpenter of this city, on the morning of the "Fourth" was riding on an express wagon loaded with mineral water boxes, when the driver made a sudden trun, throwing Mr. Corwin off, together with two or three of the boxes, which resulted in the breaking of his arm just above the wrist.
