Truck Crash Fatal

          Dayton, O., Jan. 24 --- Lee Cox, 19, of Shelbyville, Ind., was killed and  Carl Creach, 18, of Seven Mile, O., was injured seriously when trucks driven by  Creach and  Ernest Johnson, 22, of Jonesboro, Ind., collided at Vandalia O., today.  Johnson also of Jonesboro, was uninjured.  Cox suffered a fractured skull.

COURT  GRANTED  DIVORCE

Mrs. Grace L. Cox
Secured Decree Here This Afternoon

          Mrs. Grace L. Cox  of Morristown was granted a decree of divorce in the Shelby Circuit Court today from  Lieutenant H. B. Cox,  of the Medical Corps of the United States Army.  He is now at Camp Taylor, Kentucky.  Mrs. Cox was given the custody of her child and the husband was ordered to pay her $5 each week for its support.  Mrs. Cox charges abandonment.
