          James Creemens,  of Morristown, Shelby county, has filed a $1,000 damage suit against Constable Charles Baden and F. J. Mayer for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. Plaintiff was arrested by defendants and brought to this city on a charge of bastardy, which was afterward dismissed by Squire Woodard for want of Jurisdiction. --- Indianapolis News
