ASKS  MARRIAGE  ANNULMENT
---------
Shelbyville, Ind. May 12--- Annulment of the marriage of  Chester Demott  and  Edna Lucille Sapp,  both of this city, which took place in Kentucky, March 31, 1923, is demanded in a complaint filed in the Shelby Circuit court today by Mrs. Demott, who charges the marriage license was issued on false statements made by the defendant.  Mrs. Demott was 16 years old one year ago and alleges that her parents objected to the marriage, but the couple eloped to Kentucky, where, she says the defendant informed the authorities that she was more than 21 years old.  She alleges he took her outside the state to evade the Indiana marriage law.
