DIVORCE  MILL
------------
Cassius Farthing says that on the 2nd day of January, 1873, he intermarried with  Mary Farthing, in the county of Estella, Kentucky.  He wants a divorce from Mary, because, he says, that two years ago she abandoned him without cause or excuse.  Cassius avers that he treated Mary with that kind and affectionate regard so much admired on the part of a good husband.  He says that one child was born as the fruit of said marriage, and asks the Court to give him the custody of the same, as he is the most suitable person to take charge of the same.
