DIVORCE  GRANTED  MARY  FAULCONER
----------
Mrs. Mary Faulconer  was granted a divorce in circuit court this forenoon from  Howard Faulconer, the decree being issued following brief trial. Her maiden name of Mary Jones was restored.  She was represented by Attorney Elmer Bassett and Senator Will A. Yarling appeared as attorney for the defendant. The complaint and cross-complaint filed in the case were quite sensational, but Mr. Faulconer dismissed his cross-complaint this morning and offered no resistance to his wife’s suit.  The couple was married December 6, 1914.  They lived in Shelby township, south of this city, and are well known young people.
