Administrators Sale of Real Estate

Notice is hereby given, that by virtue of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby county, I will sell at private sale, near the premises, on or after Saturday the 20th day of August, 1864, the following real estate, situate in the town of London, in said county, to-wit: The undivided two-thirds of Out Lot No. 3, the area of which is eleven acres and 18 square poles, in the first addition to the town of London, including Lot No. 33, the same being the property of the estate of Joab H. Fitzgerald, deceased.
          TERMS OF SALE --- One-third cash in hand, the residue of the purchase money to be paid in two equal payments of 6 and 12 months, the purchaser giving his note with interest from the day of sale, and approved surety, waiving valuation laws.
          There is a good Dwelling House on said lot, with other valuable improvements for a family residence.

          Notice is hereby given that  Sarah W. Fitzgerald, Administratrix of the estate of  Joab Fitzgerald, deceased, has filed her petition to sell the real estate of the deceased to pay his debts, and that said petition will be heard at the next term of the Court of Common Pleas of said county.
