NOTICE  TO  NON-RESIDENTS.

The State of Indiana, Shelby County.
          In the Shelby Circuit Court, December Term, 1905.
          Martin Frick  vs  Susan Ryan,  George Frick,  et al.  Complaint No 8191.
          Now comes the plaintiff, by Tindall and Tindall, his attorneys, and files his complaint for partition and sale of real estate, herein together with an affidavit that the defendant, Susan Ryan (impleaded with others) is not a resident of the State of Indiana.
          Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant that unless she be and appear on the 2nd day of the next Term of the Shelby Circuit Court is to be holden on the fourth Monday of December, A.D. 1905, at the courthouse in Shelbyville, in said county and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in her absence.
          In Witness Whereof, I hereunto set my hand and affix the Seal of said Court, at Shelbyville, this 10th day of October, A. D. 1905.
