HELD  IN  DEATHS

Shelbyville, Ind., Aug 7
          Charges of involuntary manslaughter were filed today against  Alva McArdle,  of Rising Sun, Ind., part owner and driver of a truck which figured in a triple automobile accident near here last night.  Mrs. Mona Dickey,  34, and her 10 year old daughter,  Dorothy May,  were killed in the crash.  Six others were injured.

ONE  KILLED  SEVEN  HURT
IN  COLLISION

Shelbyville, Ind., August 6
          One woman was killed and seven persons were injured, two perhaps fatally, in a triple automobile collision five miles north of here last night on state road 29.  Mrs. Carl Dickey  of Indianapolis died shortly after being admitted to a hospital.  The injured persons include  Mr. Dickey, two sons and two daughters and  Mr. and Mrs. Elmer George  of Shelbyville.  One son and one daughter of Mr. Dickey are expected to die.  The accident occurred when the Dickey automobile ran into a truck and careened into the path of the automobile driven by George.
