NOTICE OF ASSIGNEE'S APPOINTMENT.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
named as trustee in an indenture of assignment executed to him by the Goebel
Bros. of Shelbyville, Ind., as by virtue thereof duly qualified as such trustee
and has taken possession of all property rights credit and effects of the said
assignor, in trust to be administered for the benefit of all the creditors of
said company under the orders of the Shelby circuit court and pursuant to the
laws and of the State of Indiana, relating to voluntary assignments.
