BY VIRTUE of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby county, the undersigned, guardian of  John  and  George Graffert, minors, will, on the premises, on the 24th day of August, 1864, between the hours of 10 o'clock A.M. and 4 o'clock P.M., offer for sale to the highest bidder, the following real estate, situate in the said county, to-wit:
          The east half of the south-west quarter of section 22, town 12, range 7 east, except 26 acres off the south end thereof, subject to dower; and at the same time and place, the dower estate of Harriet Graffert therein, whose separate deed will be given.
          TERMS --- One-third cash, balance in two equal payments, at six and twelve months, in note secured by good personal surety, waiving valuation and drawing interest.
