Floyd Heaton has filed a complaint in replevin and for damages of $300 in circuit court here against Jesse Smith. The plaintiff contends that the defendant has possession of a 1930 Ford truck
belonging to the plaintiff and that he has refused to return the truck to this plaintiff. By the defendant's retention of the truck, the plaintiff avers that he has suffered loss amounting to $300. W. W. Israel is his attorney.Wednesday, October 5, 1932
