EX-FRANKLIN  STUDENTS  WED

         Morristown, Ind., Jan. 6 --- Harry Justus  of Morristown and  Miss Harriett McFarran  of Bluffton were married at the home of the bride in Bluffton yesterday, the Rev. H. N. Spear of the Baptist church officiating.  The bridegroom was graduated from the local high school in 1918 and was a member of the high school basket ball team.  He attended Franklin college where he was a member of the varsity football team.  Miss McFarran was also a student at Franklin.  He is now athletic director in the Bluffton high school.  The bride is a member of the Delta Delta Sorority of Franklin.

          Mr. Larkin Justus,  of Freeport, celebrated his 70th birthday on Monday in the presence of over a hundred guests.  Mr. Justus came to Shelby county in the year 1820, and has lived in Freeport nearly fifty years.  Forty years ago he was united in marriage to  Mary E. Lisher,  and is the father of six children and the grandfather of twenty-one.  We acknowledge the receipt of a box of fine cake.
