WILL  OF  FRANCIS
LEPPERT  PROBATED
----------
(From Tuesday's Daily.)
The will of the late  Francis Leppert,  has been filed for probate with the county clerk.  The instrument instructs that after the debts are paid, a $75 tombstone be erected over the grave of the deceased.  A piano goes to his daughter and the remaining household goods are bequeathed to the widow together with a cow and pig.  The personal property is to be sold at public sale.  The widow is given the privilege of residing in the home place.  The real estate is to be kept intact and the rents from same shall go to pay taxes, keeping up the farm and living expenses of the widow.  If the real estate is sold, it has to be done by order of the court.  At the death of the widow the estate goes to the chidlren.  George Firsich is named as executor.  The will was drawn up September 26, 1905, and was witnessed by  Edward Chadwick  and  Miss Clarine Morrison.
