Mr. W. P. Long, of Morristown, went before 'Squire Andrews  a few days ago and made affidavit against  George Nigh,  a neighbor, for profanity.  Mr. Nigh was fined by 'Squire Andrews the usual amount on Tuesday.  The men had a falling out concerning a straw stack and the talk is that trouble may yet result as threats have been made and both men are determined.
